Tracking my order

1/ How to follow my order/Late delivery: As soon as our carrier takes possession of your parcel, he sends you an e-mail which informs you of all the information relating to it. You can follow your order on the website of our UPS delivery service, by means of the parcel number received by e-mail when your order is sent. If you have any questions relating to your parcel delivery details, you can contact the carrier directly:

On the carrier website:

2/ If your parcel is damaged when it is delivered: You check the condition of the product, then sign the receipt after noting the specific details of the reservations which best describe the condition of the parcel at the time of delivery. (E.g.: holes in the parcel, parcel crushed, parcel torn, etc.)

3/ If the parcel is in an unacceptable condition when it is delivered: You refuse the parcel and write the reason clearly (not the product you ordered, severely damaged product, etc.)

The return procedure is carried out entirely online on 727sailbags.com/us. You can make a request to return or exchange your product within 14 days of receipt of the order, on 727sailbags.com/us in the "My account" section, then "History and details of my orders" here: History of my orders.
Once the return request has been validated by 727 Sailbags INC, you will be able to send your product back to us within a week. The cost of return is your responsibility. We will reimburse you by bank transfer within 10 days.

We craft our products exclusively from upcycled sails that have truly sailed the seas.
Each sail we use has a story — none are new, and every piece carries the legacy of real maritime adventures. Through our authentication label, we trace the unique history of each item: the type of sail, the vessel it came from, the skipper who helmed it, and the oceans it once crossed.
At 727Sailbags, we carefully wash every sail before giving it a second life. Each of our creations is a one-of-a-kind piece, handcrafted from 100% recycled sails. The visible marks—caused by exposure to sun, salt, wind, and wear during the sail's journey at sea—are not defects. Instead, they tell the authentic story of the sail’s past and are an integral part of our sustainable, eco-friendly design philosophy.

To extend the lifespan of bags made from technical sail fabric, we recommend hanging your bag on a coat hanger or door handle to prevent damage to the sail material.

Yes, absolutely! Most of our creations are fully customizable. Choose your preferred model, pick the fabric material, customize the colors, and even add numbers! 

Our travel bags including the Onshore and the Carla are cabbin-approved. The Féroé isn't cabbin-approved. 

The rope is exceptionally strong, ensuring the knots stay secure. If a knot does come undone, it can be quickly and easily retied using a simple knot.

Our bags are water-resistant, not watertight. Crafted from durable sailcloth, they are designed to repel water spray, providing reliable water resistance. To enhance protection, the bag bases feature a PVC lining that shields against moisture, while the acrylic bases cause water to bead up and roll off the fabric.

We handle repair requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best service for you. If your product requires repairs, we recommend dropping it off at the store where you purchased it. For online orders, please complete our contact form and select the "After Sales" subject. You will be asked to provide the following information:
